  I swear to God this Dunkin' Donuts does not train their employees there is one girl that makes excellent coffees and the rest of the staff should be fired I have never seen such an inconsistent group of people that all work for the same owner. I would never write this review but I swear to God this week I have got three iced lattes all of them had no espresso in them it was a cup of milk and Caramell all three times made by different people.maybe cut back on your landscape budget and spend a little money on training your staff.

  I have been going to this DD for 2 years now and its a disaster! Today I sat in the drive thru line for 12 minutes. I was late to work because of it. I drive by 2 other DD's to stop at this one bc its closer to work but NEVER AGAIN. This is literally the WORST DD I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They consistently screw up everything from coffee to food and I'm pretty sure must hold the record for the slowest service ever. I started notching out and EXTRA 15 mins each morning bc I knew it would take that long to get a coffee at this place. I am currently looking for the ph# for corporate to file a formal complaint from this morning. The staff there DO NOT WORK AS A TEAM. Most of them are completely miserable every day and they are tripping over each other. One doesn't know what the other is doing. I worked at a DD at one point in my life (I ran the drive thru) and if we ever performed the way these people do we would all be fired. This place needs SERIOUS CHANGES!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!
