  I ordered food for delivery and used my credit card. They asked me if I was tipping the delivery driver I said no ( when you ask me for a tip the answer is no very unprofessional) when the delivery driver came with the food the receipt showed an extra $3 charge on top of the delivery charge of $2.50. I called and asked why they charged me more money they said it was for using my credit card. I said that's illegal you can't charge for using credit card and not tell the customer. She said we can do anything we want. Now I'm going to do what I need to do dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with better business Bureau. What kind of business is this taking customers money without approval. FRAUD!!!

  Awful customer service. Once I realized I ordered from the wrong place I called and politely asked if it was possible to cancel my order. I got a rude response from the woman on the phone saying how rude it was to ask this question. When I called back she answered the phone by saying "you aren't getting your food! Go to hell." She then hung up on me and I tried to call back multiple times but my call was denied. I then finally got through to the manager, but he didn't seem to be concerned about the situation whatsoever. I am very disappointed!
